"The apartment was a great base camp for our travels in the upper pennisula. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. I do agree with another review about the bathtub being slippery when taking a shower. We bought a bath mat which helped tremendously."

"This ended up being the perfect choice for us. Nice cozy place to come back to after a day of exploring. Beautiful sunsets over the lake, you can have a fire if you like or spend some time in the wood barrel sauna! Getting ready in the morning was awesome we would see a family of bald eagles flying around from a near by nest."

"The home and property were spacious for us. We appreciated the breezeway to store our outdoor equipment. It was just outside of town, so felt private. It was also right there on US-41. We spent our time exploring the entire Keweenaw Peninsula and felt like it was the perfect central hub. The Hancock Calumet Trail is accessible within a block or two.
