"This property is just lovely! It's quiet, remote, serene and our hosts were kind enough to allow our dog to join us. The home had everything we could possibly need, and more, and was immaculate. Our only regret was that we couldn't spend an extra day. We were greeted with a glorious sunrise our first morning, which we enjoyed from the enclosed back porch. That evening, we were gifted with a double rainbow! The views are spectacular. This will be our go-to place when we visit the Keweenaw. Thanks...

"This cottage is very comfortable in a safe, calm and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed and we were even able to borrow dog beds to make sure our dogs didn't get cozy on furniture! It is a perfect location to explore Copper country. We did several hikes in the area including Mt. Baldy, Black Creek, Eagle Harbor trails, Horseshoe Harbor, and the trail in the town of Central. After hiking in the rain one day, we fired up the common sauna for some extra relaxation."

"My wife and i stayed in this cute house while exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula. The home was clean and offered a lot of extras. We enjouyd and appreciated the use of the bikes, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some nice meals. The house is centrally located to all the points of interest we wanted to see and the hosts left a bottle of wine which was very welcoming, and brought cut flowers to brighten the home up. We would definitely go back. "

"We loved our stay at The Nest. Some of our favorite features include a very roomy home that accommodated our party of 7 easily, nice and private, loved the firepit, close to the beach for rock hunting and we had the opportunity to see some awesome Northern Lights during our stay. "This is one of the best rental houses I and my friends have stayed in. Yes it’s an older house and has been maintained. Had lots of amenities and kitchen utensils and towels and laundry detergent etc etc. Beach is just across the street. Smaller restaurants within two blocks. "The property is indeed a cozy cabin on a lake. Lovely setting-- wish we had more time to take the kayaks out on Lake Bailey. "This really is a great location. It's close to various shops and restaurants. Its right next door to a grocery/ convenience store, very helpful. The house was very clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed. The owner even had some snacks set out and beverages in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to emails and questions. We will definitely be back next summer. We had a great time. "
