Ao invés de me falarem que eu deveria ter pago o estacionamento assim que chegasse nada foi dito. Cheguei a pagar o estacionamento de manhã mas já era tarde: eu já tinha recebido uma “multa” no valor de 8x o valor da estadia que eu teria pago. Após reclamar a atendente do hotel disse que nada poderia ser feito pois o estacionamento era terceirizado. Muito chateado de me...

"Jeanette and Peter are such wonderful hosts. This wonderful space is full of everything you need for a perfect stay. My whole family loved all the little surprises included throughout the property--from the fireplace and games for the kids to the fresh milk and everything needed for tea and coffee, everything was literally perfect. I truly hope that we'll be able to stay here again someday--I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Copenhagen! "

"We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. "
