Central beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with terrace

Centrally located two room apartment with a private garden terrace.
- Just 5 minutes walking distance from Amagerbro Metro station
- 7 minutes Metro ride to the City Center (Nørreport station)
- Just 15 minutes walking distance from the nice Amager Strandvej beaches.
- Super fast transfer from the Airport via Metro - just 15 minutes total

The apartment is an elevated ground floor apartment so acces is easy due to only very few steps up the stairs.
It has a combined livingroom/ kitchen with appliances like dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. This room also has a high quality single sofa bed that can be used when needed.
The bedroom is equipped with a soft luxury king bed from Swedish Carpe Diem, large Smart TV, big white wardrobes (not for guests use), but there will be clothes rack with hangers for the guests clothes right next to the grey TV stand.
Both rooms are bright with big windows and divided by French doors. There is also a small garden terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner outside when weather permits.
The bathroom is just on the small hallway and has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with mirror.

Here are a few things I think you’ll want to know…

THE KING SIZE BED
- Please be aware that the bed has a SOFT mattress, something to consider before booking our flat.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING:
Indoors
- Under the sink there are two bins, the green one is for food waste and the other for normal trash/rubbish
Outdoors
- To the left from the front door you will find a sorting facility for glas, metal, carton, paper, normal trash and bio. Please respect trash sorting rules

PARKING:
- Parking is available on the streets and it is free for 3 hours during 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Means you will have to move the car to another area where parking can be then payed by the hour or it’s free.
- A better parking option is just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, on Prags Blvd, where parking is free, just outside the Grey area, sometimes though finding a space may be challenging. But at least you won’t have to mind about this issue and enjoy your time in Copenhagen.

The location is very central.
The Metro is only five min. away walking. You can reach the center of downtown Copenhagen in 7 min. with either the Metro that runs 24/7 and is quite safe, or you can walk the distance in 25 minutes. Biking is of course a great option as well.
The most popular Beach Park in Copenhagen with 7 kilometers of beautiful beach is just within a 15 min. walking distance.
There is also several good shopping possibilities for your daily needs nearby.
