"Clean, spacious and well appointed King suite (room), comfortable bed, tasty hot complimentary Breakfast. Secure and well maintained premises with Friendly staff and adequate parking."

"room was not cleaned properly especially the bathroom, shower walls and glass doors were not cleaned and room floor was so dusty"

"Our room was very large, with a beautiful view overlooking the Barrie area. Beds were exceptionally comfortable however the bed sheets were not clean. We had them changed the next day. The bathroom sink drained slowly, almost clogged. The shower had a loud screech from the water flow - it was annoying. I always like Hampton Inn but this one needs some attention."

"Not as expected. No room service, no water to drink (in the room), had to go to the front desk to get simple things like a tooth paste. Breakfast, pretty ordinary. (Please do change the bread toaster, it takes more than 5 mins to toast a bread). This is not what you expect for a 200$ a night just for less than 12 hours."

"Very clean and staff were very polite and friendly the only complaints was breakfast was out of fruit the first day and out of butter the next that should be verified and make sure there's enough for everyone. also the kitchen needs to get more waffle machine as the line up and wait was unreal. The rooms are clean and the house cleaner were very helpful we enjoyed our stay."

"Great free breakfast. Rooms are clean but in need of updating. Wallpaper was peeling and shower was very old. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Helpful staff. Child enjoyed the pool. Would stay again!"

"I spent 7 days at this hotel, conveniently located near Highway 400. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, but the dining area felt cramped. Unfortunately, room service and cleaning were provided only once during my stay, which was disappointing. The room itself was lacking a bedside lamp, and several bulbs were out. Overall, while the location and breakfast were decent, the lack of consistent room cleaning was a significant downside."

"We had a great stay! The hotel is brand new, so everything was clean and in excellent condition. We loved the facilities and the breakfast service. We would definitely come back again!"
