"I reserved this property and then received a cryptic message stating it was not available for the days I booked. However, the owner never gave a refund and has not responded to messages from me or VRBO. Beware of phony listings!"

"Probably the best airbnb/vrbo experience I've ever had. Jody was a fantastic host. Extremely thorough and detailed with all gadgets in the house. An amazing house to stay with a huge group (we had 18 and still had extra rooms!) There's every single game and thing you'd want to do and a beautiful view of the Hudson. 100/10, thanks Jody!"

"We were in town for a wedding and needed a spot close to the farm. This spot was a gem. Tucked away, quiet and clean - my husband, dog and I had a great stay. We were only able to stay for a night but I wish we could have stayed a bit longer. This is a really cute community with nice things to see and do. The host is amazing! We’re so grateful to her. "

"This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home."

"This cottage is perfect! Clean and comfortable, with every amenity covered, with such lovely touches as fresh flowers and farm-fresh eggs! The highlight was the view from the overlook -- breathtaking in the late spring and probably every season! Maureen is a perfect host -- precise directions and instructions, and a level of thoughtfulness that goes above and beyond. I look forward to staying there again! "

"Our long weekend in the Berkshires was perfect and this house made it possible. We were a multi-generational family staying with young children and the house was set up wonderfully for our party. We were able to enjoy spending time together in the cozy and welcoming living room, play games and enjoy the spectacular grounds. There were so many fun things to do - swimming pool, ping pong, darts, air hockey, gym, pinball, basketball hoop, foosball, etc. it was a great house for 4 families. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to questions about the neighborhood, it was also very well located. Highly recommend!"
