"The kitchen was great and the sun room was our favorite place to hang out. Not really much walking but did enjoy walking to Dolly’s for coffee every morning. Never did figure how to walk to beach. View of the bay was lovely. As an American the ceilings upstairs were low, showers small, plumbing touchy and the dryer was not what we are used to. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Shore View Cottage. The house was clean and spacious. Hosts Anne and John Joe couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming. But the views are the star. Really special. Harry the cat was a delight. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for accommodations in the Ennis/Kilrush area. "

"Pros: - beautiful interior design has a luxurious yet cozy feel - warm and comfy, a great getaway from the winter storms outside - walls of windows make for an amazing view - all the amenities you need for your stay (we cooked, made coffee, listened to music on their Bluetooth speaker, took a bath) - short walk/drive to a convenience store/gas station - finding it was easy with Google maps (but there’s no signage otherwise) Cons - none! It’s lovely!"

"We had a great time and the location was awesome. We enjoyed Egan's (after dinner drinks and music)and McHugh's (great dinner) very close to house (need to drive there) We went for a swim on the way out of town and wished we could have stayed longer. Found a local taxi driver/regional expert Jaredth/Earl. I can't say enough about him. "
