"What a wonderful stay! This private flat is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood is nice & quiet but close to town for shopping & dining. Baley is a great host who responded very quickly to my questions. Check-in is super easy. If we visit Manitowoc again, this is where we are staying. Thank you for everything, Baley!"

"Booked a last minute stay over the thanksgiving holiday since it was an away football game and we had no plans! The house was super clean and the garage was a fun space for the kids to run around in. We spent a day at the tundra lodge waterpark and another day wandering around titletown enjoying the cozy holiday ambiance. Robert was super responsive and took extra special care with snow and ice in the forecast. Great location, clean house, and helpful host. "

"Apartments were clean with easy access. Centrally located entertainment room was enjoyed by my granddaughter with claw machines, games, and TV. It is a newer property and still needs a few touches, like wall decor to soften the echoes. A bench outside the individual rentsls would be nice for seating, but there's a great area out back with chairs and heating if needed. "
