"Loved our stay at The Conductors Quarters. Love the exposed brick and character. The rain shower! Enjoyed the Transportation museum and train ride. Would love to have had a coffee shop nearby- but maybe little shops will come with the renovation and improvements that seem to be going on in this area. Would definitely stay here again. "

"What an amazing experience!! We arrived later than expected and the owners made sure the lights were on, easy access into the cabin and air turned down. They left use Farm Fresh eggs from Free Ranged chickens, marshmallow for firepit, chocolate and a bottle of wine. They were available if we needed anything. "We have never been to High Rock Lake prior to this stay. We were looking for pet friendly and a place to bring our boat. We had no way to know the weather would be off the week after Memorial Day. The house and location were great. Plan on cooking and eating in unless you want to travel 20 minutes or more for anything other than diner food.
