"This cabin is perfect. It’s spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed for coffee in the morning to enjoy the absolute stunning Mountain Views. The bed was so comfy. Towels were plush. The host was so nice. I even walked the cute mushroom trail on the property. I wish I could spend every weekend morning there with a cup of coffee. Not far from the National Park. "

"I really enjoyed all the little touches around the house that makes one appreciate the 50's. The bed was so comfy and I loved the quilt on it too. Sitting on the back porch during a thunderstorm was very peaceful, would totally stay here again! "

"I loved everything about this home! It was spacious enough for the 5 of us. The hosts provided everything and more: towels and linen, soap and shampoo, coffee, small cooking essentials such as nonstick spray, oil, salt & pepper, family games, travel and tourist information. It was all there! And I particularly loved the history of the home that was evident everywhere. What a gem. "

"Home was good, central location for a 4 day exploration of this part of WV. Got some quirks, but comfortable.....One caution is that parking is extremely difficult for a full size pick up truck (F150). Backing in is only choice, and even then a huge stump is in play. Basically left F150 parked all weekend, as you can't get it out with another car in driveway ...other car was Ridgeline compact pickup.Watch your head if you are tall. Cracked head into wall over washer/dryer, entry light,...

"This rental was very nice. We were able to watch the deer wander into the yard and graze almost daily. Secluded enough to relax after a long day of rafting/activities, but close enough to several stores and gas stations to be convenient. Host was fast to respond to any questions. We will be looking to book thisfor this rental our next trip!"

"We loved this house, so much character. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We cooked and ate our meals here (you can even do a grocery pickup at the Kroger which is not far away). We loved listening to the river, and truly just enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"This property was very clean and comfortable for our trip. We booked a night for our departure and a 2nd night for our return. The home is conveniently located off the Interstate with a Walmart close by that had all we needed. The beds are super comfortable, and the owners communicated with us immediately with our questions, I would stay here again for sure."

"This was a great place to stay, especially with a pet! It was a perfect location for getting to New River Gorge National Park and traveling around. We did not spend a ton of time here, but the evenings were lovely! Highly recommend. "

"This little house was quite roomy and cozy. The host provided check-in and WiFi information on request only, but responded quickly to all our questions. WiFi was spotty, which probably isn't unusual this deep in the countryside. The washer was broken when we got there.
