The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. Conveniently located super close to stores for necessities on a long trip and a variety of restaurants. We came to Cookeville to visit all the National Parks nearby and see the waterfalls. This hotel was a wonderful place to come back to each night. Highly recommended, especially for long stays.

Nice place for a short stay. Room is clean, theres's a small kitchen with a full size fridge, and the beds are comfy. Good value for what you paid.

The suite was spacious and was comfortable. Wife is a cancer patient and getting her comfortable is not always easy. The lay out was perfect, the bed comfortable and having a fridge was wonderful.

I really enjoyed the convenience of veing right of I-40. I also liked how this hotel had a full kitchen and space to move about comfortably. There were many conveniences such as stovetop burners, a grill (not in the room), dishwasher, and microwave! The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in too!! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay for one night or many.

Thank you for staying at Candlewood Suites of Cookeville. We apologize that you did not find your stay to your satisfaction. Travelocity does show that an incidental hold is required but does not show the amount. We will work on getting this changed. As a brand, we do not seal the toilets after cleaning them and rooms are stocked with 2 sets of bathroom linen per bed. We offer extra linen at the Front Desk at all time.
