Bring the whole family on vacation! Our home was originally built in 1942 and has recently undergone a full renovation. It is situated on a large property that provides much privacy. We hope you enjoy its charm as much as we do!

Stay set apart from the hustle and bustle, yet close to all of what that the surrounding area has to offer. With sleeping space for up to 24 people, a fully stocked kitchen, a large private screen enclosed pool, a pickleball court, a game room, a dedicated work space, and being centrally located between the charming historic city of downtown Conway and the tourist area of Myrtle Beach - this home is sure to create lasting memories for you and your family.

The kitchen in the main house has a 6 burner propane stove with oversized island with bar stools and is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, keurig, microwave, air fryer, crock pot, blender and pots and pans. It is open to the living room that features a 65" Roku TV. The dining room is set off of this space in a converted sunroom allowing ample lighting with a table that seats up to 12 guests and includes a wine bar cabinet.

The home is equipped with a tankless hot water system so everyone will be able to take a long hot shower or soak in the bath without ever running out.

There is a fully screened, enclosed pool area that is as large as some commercial size hotel pools for your enjoyment. Near the pool is also a full size pickleball court and outdoor basketball hoop for your entertainment.

This property boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. There are four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house. Two master bedrooms with private baths and the 3rd bathroom are located on the 1st floor with the other 2 bedrooms located upstairs.

PLEASE NOTE: There is currently no bathroom on the 2nd floor of the main house (this is planned to be added in the future).

The downstairs rear bedroom has a queen bed, a 40" Roku TV, as well as a single pull out sofa chair bed and full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

The downstairs front bedroom has a queen bed, a 40" Roku TV, as well as a double pull out sofa bed with a full bathroom with shower, no bathtub.

The hallway shared bathroom downstairs has a 6' long x 3' wide soaking bathub/shower combo.

The dedicated workspace is located outside of the rear bedroom and features a desktop computer with printer that has copy and scanning abilities.

Upstairs you will find a bunkroom with 2 bunkbed sets and a 40" Roku TV. Both bunk sets have twin beds on top, one has a full bed on bottom while the other has a full futon on bottom.

The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, a 40" Roku TV, and a double pull out sofa bed.

Upstairs also features an additional futon sofa sleeping space converted from an old hallway closet, which is semi private, yet open.

The 5th bedroom, with a 32" Roku TV and full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo is located in the bonus room above the detached garage game room. The bonus space also has a full size futon in the living room with a 40" Roku TV. This area includes a Keurig and microwave provided for convenience (No full kitchen). There is also a seperate outdoor deck for this space.

The detached garage game room features include a full size ping pong table, indoor basketball, 4' air hockey, darts, portable beer pong table, board games, poker set, puzzles, corn hole, jumbo jenga, a 55" Roku TV with a full size futon as well as being where the washer and dryer are located. The game room has an attached full bathroom with shower only (no bathtub).

With so many things to do, it's hard to venture away from the property at all! However, we are just a short drive of 20-30 minutes from the beach and most of the attractions and events held in the area. Book your stay today, you will not be disappointed!
