Discover this beautiful vacation rental hidden in the forest of the White Mountains! Ski at the nearby Cranmore Mountain Resort in the winter, go kayaking on the Saco River in the summer, or visit the Conway Scenic Railroad and several hiking trails. Return to the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home and have a cookout using the gas grill and dine at the outdoor dining area or by the outdoor fireplace. Later, soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the theater room, or have a drink at the wet bar!

We really enjoyed our stay at The 729ā€”it was exactly the peaceful escape we were looking for. The property had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area, and the movie theater was a fun bonus.

Christmas Getaway

This space was perfect for our family getaway for a few days. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days away. The hot tub was very much enjoyed. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to getaway but still be close to town.

Beyond our expectations

Stay here! Very clean and professionally built and maintained. The ideal place for an authentic New Hampshire experience, a short drive to North Conway, and a great hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. We were pleasantly surprised about the heated floors and how nice the finished basement was. All in all, the perfect stay right in the heart of New Hampshire, at a reasonable cost!

Great place, great location

We were looking for a home base for summertime fun in the White Mountains. This home was perfect. Close to town and close to mountains. The lake was great to cool off in after a fun day of hiking. Owners were super easy to deal with and incredibly responsive - even when we locked ourselves out. The home itself has everything you need, is very neat, and is furnished well for a vacation home. We loved the outdoor fire and the movie room. We definitely recommend.

Beautiful and clean! Packed with lots of extras!!

Our family was so happy with this house! The sleeping arrangements were a little tighter than expected, but everyone was very happy! The main living space was cozy and had plenty of seating for all of us. The kids loved the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace. And we had a great movie night in the theater area downstairt!! The owner was accessible by phone and very helpful. Although, we are still not sure what the purpose of EVOLVE is and would not want to stay at a place that used it again because of the extra fee. When I contacted them, they did not respond for 5 WEEKS!!

Perfect Cabin Retreat!

This was an amazing adventure for our family. The house is set up for all ages including small aged children. Endless board games and the theatre room is where the preteens spent their time. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the bar to make a few cocktails and relax! The beds were clean and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and more! Highly recommend this property for your northern vacation!

My friends and I had an excellent time together at this house. Some of our friends went on hikes and different restaurants in the area. We had fun in the hot tub as well very clean and relaxing. I would recommend this place for anyone else who decides to go away for the weekend in North Conway.

Family vacation

We loved everything about our stay at the 729. The house was beautiful and it had everything you could possibly need. Having access to the beach down at the pond was perfect for our family. The highlight of the trip for my kids was jumping off the floating dock and swimming. At night we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, watching movies in the basement and the hot tub. We hope to return again.

Beautiful well appointed home

The beds and linens were very good, large amount of towel. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The hot tub worked well as did the grill. The outside fireplace was a hit with my group overall very good.

Amazing house and great hosts

We enjoyed staying in the house and highly recommend it. Everything was sparkling clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The three levels make it easy for everyone to get some space and the outdoor hot tub is perfect to relax in the evening. Rick was very approachable and helpful and made sure our stay was hassle-free.

Canā€™t say enough good things. Terrific place with that magic combination of feeling cozy but with more than enough space for 10 people to never feel they were on top of each other. Great communication with prompt answers to any question. Lots of parking and the large hot tub was just what the doctor ordered!
