The charming Villa Consell is one of those rare properties that only has one bedroom. It is therefore a 2-bedroom property and is particularly suitable for couples who want to spend an unforgettable holiday as a couple or with their baby. The villa offers everything a couple could want for a relaxing holiday in a pleasant atmosphere. The house is set in lush green grounds of 10,000 m². In this outdoor area you will find a wonderful atmosphere and incredible stone terraces, which offer a variety of possibilities for a comfortable stay outdoors. Here you can sit in small alcoves, under cover or in the open air, always safe in the knowledge that you are surrounded by decorative vegetation and an overall very well-kept garden landscape. A variety of seating furniture invites you to relax and linger. A real highlight is the covered outdoor dining area, where you can dine with a wonderful view of the greenery and still be pampered in an all-round cosy atmosphere. When the weather is fine, this villa makes it easy to spend the whole day outside from morning to night. Comfortable loungers by the pool round off the inviting outdoor offerings. After a dip in the pool, you can relax on the terrace with a drink in your hand or read a book on one of the loungers. If you wish, you can easily find a spot that is breezy and naturally shaded. At 10 metres long, the pool is truly elegant and perfect for swimming a few lengths, perhaps even at dawn before a fortifying breakfast, which you can enjoy in one of the outdoor areas. The extensive grounds are home to a horse and birds, which is sure to please the nature lovers among you. The owner comes daily to feed the animals and look after the pool, taking great care not to disturb the guests.







The property is large and one left side of the building is freely accessible as the rest is closed. In the photos you can see the interior of the unlocked room. Inside the villa you will find a very comfortable living room/bedroom where you can enjoy a restful night's sleep just as you can here in the armchairs in front of the flat-screen TV with satellite connection. A bright 1.50 x 2.00 m bed characterises the homely ambience, while white walls, wooden doors and windows and carefully selected decorations contribute to a character that is as individual as it is inviting. In the rustic kitchen you will find everything you need for your daily needs, which naturally includes a filter coffee machine. There is also a small indoor dining area that can be used if required. The bright bathroom, designed in typical Mallorcan style, is equipped with a toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower. For your convenience, there are irons and hairdryers available in the house, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own from home.



The two-person Villa Consell is located just a few minutes' walk from the village of the same name and is delightfully surrounded by dense Mediterranean greenery and, in particular, tall palm trees and a number of restaurants. The picturesque town of Inca is only 11 kilometres away.
