Private golf course condo on ground floor. Lake view. Walking distance from country club and cafe on the green, as well as convenient store gas station, liquor store, bar and grill, pizza, fishing, driving range, several pools, saunas and hot tubs. One bedroom with patio and windows overlooking golf course and Lake .

This is a personal private property, not a hotel or resort. It is my family’s lake retreat where we go to fish, golf, play tennis and go boating and swimming. The condo is located next to the water and completely surrounded by beautiful forest. That being said if you have an aversion to the occasional critter you might not want to visit the lake and consider more pristine accommodations in the big city. DO NOT rent from me if you are OCD. My condo is old and going through a slow renovation process between guests. It looks the same as in the photos with perhaps a few new upgrades, but it’s very comfortable and cozy and it’s clean. But some things do look aged and if you don’t like it when you arrive, I have a strict cancellation policy. So make sure you ask plenty of questions prior to booking with me because you absolutely will not get a refund just for complaining about something. The maid happens to live in the next building on property, so if she missed a spot on something you can let me know and I’ll send her over to rectify the situation. But you will not get a refund if you find a speck of dirt or a fingerprint in my condo LOL. Remember this is a lake retreat, and a personally owned private property, not a home residence and not a hotel. It’s more like our outdoor sports play shack/cabin. But on a little higher scale. That being said… If you’re still interested, you are certainly welcome to stay. This condo stays booked constantly which is why the renovation process is taking so long. But people seem to love it. Parking right in front of unit and swimming pool directly across from front door.
