Clemens' Cottage - Lakefront Bungalow on Lake Conroe w/ Private Dock & Boat Slip

Welcome to Clemens' Cottage in the sought-after Walden neighborhood! Located on open water (no canal) but behind a "no wake zone" in a quiet cove on Lake Conroe. Guests are able to swim and use non-motorized water crafts/toys right off of the private boat dock. If you would like to bring a motorized boat, we also have a private boat slip, with room for a second boat, if needed. This home is family-friendly and has a fully fenced yard in between the home and dock with a gate leading to the dock/water. There is also a neighborhood pool at the yacht club with a poolside grill called Breakwater. You will have access to this pool with our pool pass.

We are stocked with bath towels, kitchenware, games, etc. We have a foosball table upstairs. There is a propane grill on the porch. We also have kayaks that are available for use.

The main level includes the master bedroom, which sleeps 4, with a king and a trundle day bed. There is also an additional half bath downstairs. The upstairs includes 2 secondary bedrooms and a full bath, along with extra space in the game room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other is a bunk bed with a twin over a full. The loft offers another living area and another daybed /trundle.

Multi-level decks include 1 fully screened-in deck/dining area, 1 covered deck that opens to the backyard, and 1 upper-level deck that is half covered and half uncovered - perfect for sunning.

Be sure to watch for deer! They love to hang out in the culdesac around 5 pm and early mornings. Or jump on the walking trails right across from our driveway. We are about a 10-minute drive from Margaritaville, golfing, and close to so much that Lake Conroe has to offer!
