"I never like giving anyone a dislike to a VRBO home. Driving 11.5 hours, to find this house not as describe. The house description said new house. This home is not a new house, the front yard had not been cut and tree limbs are in the front. There is no lighting in the driveway or up to the door. There were stains in the carpet, bedroom downstairs had dirty walls. Very disappointed. New bedding and not cheap bedspreads. IKEA beds with no cushion for mattress. The best part to this home was the...

"This property was a great location for us attending our son's wedding @ Madera Estates! It was so well stocked with items that served our needs. The entertainment room was a hit for the kiddos to play and watch shows. Everyone found their bed to be comfortable. There are toys for kids and games for adults. You will never find this type of peace and quiet in any hotel for a good nights rest! My adult kids were so happy I found this listing. We felt so blessed to find a property owner that was...

"Upon arrival, I pulled into the private driveway for the garage and opened the gate to a beautiful patio with a hot tub and comfortable seating area. As soon as I walked into the tiny home, I was amazed by how spacious it felt. Every piece of furniture and decor was thoughtfully chosen to maximize the space while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. I couldn’t believe how much was included without it ever feeling cramped. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need from shampoo,...

"The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance."

"We booked this property at the last minute after another property canceled our reservation unexpectedly. The owner was very responsive both before booking and throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. As a new listing with no reviews and limited photos, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but overall, the house was nice, spacious, and clean. We especially liked the layout, with the kids’ bedrooms upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs. Since the property is new to the VRBO market, a...
