"Amazing restaurants at the hotel. Staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful. Casino was very clean, smoke free. Excellent shopping. Amazing spa. Just wish that Expedia would stop or clarify that the hotel stays are in the original part of the hotel and start offering stays in the updated rooms. "Kristy, working the breakfast, was so incredibly kind and generous. Still running on CA time, we missed breakfast. With kindness and care, Kristy provided us with most of what had been available. "Tivemos problemas já na chegada: nos deram um quarto para deficientes, apesar de não ser essa a reserva, obrigando a trocar de quarto. No outro o telefone não funcionava e não vier consertar apesar de solicitado. Pedimos 4 travesseiros e nos deram apenas dois alegando que não havia mais no hotel! Incrível. No quarto o blackout é ruim e deixa muito a desejar. O pior, foi valett, onde a espera nossa de todos os demais hóspedes foi de mais de uma hora, sem exagero. Tudo isso não condiz com uma diária de $488. Não é 5 estrelas!"
