"Absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so helpful and looked after us so well. Especially the lovely lady who looked after us each morning at breakfast. We were sad saying goodbye to her on our last morning. We loved our room and treated ourselves to room service one of the nights and that was top marks. We ate in the bar another night and down in the Cottage too, couldn’t fault any of them. The only thing that could have improved our stay was the temperature of the pool. Okay for us adults...

"The hotel is nice, rooms are large and comfortable. The first room they gave me had a nice view to the river but it was for people with deficiencies. It was fine but After a long drive, I was dreaming with a bath tub. They quickly changed me to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately the tv cable was not working, but since that was not a big issue for me, I didn't bother them to do anything. "Screebe House is a beautifully peaceful getaway. We had a gorgeous view of the water. At night looking across the water was very little light. It was so peaceful. The food was very good with great portion size. Breakfast was included with a small buffet plus a made to order hot option. Dinner was a 2 or 3 course choice.
