Villa Mayo with Private Pool – Family Groups Only

The owners place great importance on house rules, so noisy groups of young people and pool parties are not allowed. Stag or hen parties are prohibited. Please note, the private pool is open only from May to November. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property is intended for families and quiet groups.



Located in the popular Cádiz holiday region, this ground-floor apartment is part of Villa Mayo, a vacation home with four apartments and a total capacity for 14 guests. The apartment offers Wi-Fi and a TV.



Outdoors, a private, covered, and furnished terrace invites you to relax in the evenings. All guests have access to a pool with loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area.



Shops, restaurants, and bars are just a short drive away. The nearest beach, set in a quiet bay, is 1.7 km or 6 minutes by car.



Bed linen and towels are included. On-site parking is available. Pets are welcome. Only registered guests may use the property’s facilities; outside visitors are not permitted.
