To the right is the spacious living / dining area with integrated kitchen that promises unforgettable evenings while preparing and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday: From the usual comfort of stove, induction ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher to electric juicer and a capsule coffee machine with milk frother for the afternoon coffee by the pool or on one of the terraces around around the house.
The couch in the living area can be converted into a comfortable lawn, so that nothing stands in the way of cozy Netflix evenings. On cooler days, the stove provides a cozy warmth in the entire living area. To the left of the entrance there is a walk-through room with a bed, followed by a room with a double bed. The path to the magnificent sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean, 300 meters away, leads past magnificent villas and under pine trees and is also safe for children thanks to the special right of way in Roche. At the end of the street, a stone staircase with a railing leads down to the beach, where in the high season a popular chiringuita invites you to linger and recharge your batteries.
