Additional amenities include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, and a television. On warm afternoons, you can sunbathe on the loungers on the lawn and cool off in the pool or under the outdoor shower. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings on the covered terrace, furnished with a dining area overlooking the pool. A restaurant and a small supermarket are 270 m away, while the center of Conil de la Frontera, with its variety of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants, is 3.5 km or a 10-minute drive away. The sandy beach of Cala del Puntalejo is 800 m or a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, about 11 minutes on foot (850 m), the large and popular Playa Fuente del Gallo awaits you with its soft golden sands.



Parking is available on the property.

According to local regulations, you are not allowed to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and pedestrians. Therefore, loud noise is not permitted between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Pets are allowed upon request (additional costs may apply).

The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Only guests over 30 years old and families are allowed to check in.

The deposit will be returned after the accommodation has been checked and cleaned by the staff, within 1 to 3 days.
