This residential area on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, near the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, welcomes a coquettish holiday home where you can spend some relaxing holidays with your beloved ones in complete privacy. In fact, the villa lies in a not-overlooked fenced plot, thus guaranteeing the most relaxing stay.

The holiday home features three comfortable bedrooms provided with electric radiators to ensure an optimal temperature: one bedroom is furnished with one double bed, and the other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. The villa also has one bathroom with bathtub to be shared among the six guests of the house, and a homey living area. The comfortable sofas you’ll find here are the ideal spot to take power naps, whereas the dining table near the windows ensures that all the family members share the meals that have previously been prepared in the fully-equipped independent kitchen.

The master bedroom and the living room are provided with warm/cool air-con.

From the living area, you can access the lovely outdoors, where you will be welcomed by a nice porch with a chill-out area and a dining area. This way, you can decide where to have breakfast, if inside or outside the villa. The perfectly-maintained lawn facing the porch is characterised by lush vegetation that’s spread all over the area, from the high fence to the private pool. Speaking of which, you’ll be happy to know that the pool area is completely fenced, which guarantees complete safety for your children and, therefore, an even more relaxing holiday for adults. Four sun loungers under the trees’ shade and a brick barbeque complete the outdoor facilities of the villa.

The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.
