Beautiful Villa Sandra (just families) with Pool, Air Conditioning & Terraces

Parties and loud events are not allowed. The house is intended for families. Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11 pm to 7 am.

In the city of Cádiz this fantastic villa convinces guests with a beautiful outdoor area as well as a cosy interior and a view of the "Pinar de Roche". The holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly holiday home include air conditioning (hot and cold air), a washing machine, a TV, a cot and a high chair. Enjoy the sun and the warm summer air on one of the 2 furnished terraces (open and covered) or refresh yourself in the pool or under the outdoor shower before you end the day with a barbecue. The next restaurant is within a 9-minute walk or a 2-minute drive (750 m) and the next bar is within a 4-minute drive (2.5 km). You can do your groceries in the supermarket which is a 12 minute (6.0 km) drive away and afterwards you can spend the rest of the day on the sandy beach Playa Fuente del Gallo (10 minutes by car /3.4 km).



Parking spaces for 3 cars are available on the property. Pets are allowed under request. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
