"The exterior looks a little rough, but step inside to 1952. We were happy we rented the Retro House for several reasons. It was clean and cozy, had neat decor, and had all the essentials anyone would need to be comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to everything - historic downtown, restaurants, walking trail, tubing, Coors and other breweries, park. What else do you want? "This is my Colorado mountain dream home! What a lovely home tucked away in the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need and more, the hot tub is in a neat separate structure that makes you feel like you are in the trees, and there are trails just across the street. Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. "

"We stayed for one night after we attended a concert at Red Rocks. We found the decor to be very pleasant. All rooms are comfortable. Would stay again. The home has a nice vibe!"

"Had a great stay at a convenient location to explore Estes Park, the cute town of Golden and the fantastic Red Rocks for a concert!! Guest house was clean, equipped well for the 2 of us and all went smoothly from check in to check out. "

"We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice...

"Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!"

"Our family of two kids under 5, two parents and two grandparents had a wonderful stay here. Comfy house with baskets of stuffed animals, a cupboard of games, and a well-equipped kitchen--but the best part was the yard. Large, lush lawn surrounded by lovely plants and flowers, a great patio in the center perfect for hanging out, and a sweet hammock for lying in the shade and gazing up through the pine trees. Alan is a responsive, generous, friendly host, and we look forward to seeing him again."

"Always a pleasure to stay at this cozy historic cottage. My husband and I come here a few times a year to get away from Denver. Mary is wonderful and always quick to respond with any issues or questions that arise. "

"Very nice room. Clean. Great location for our activities! Great landscaping! Such a beautiful property this summer trip."

"We loved the trails right outside of this home. We walked them every day and everything was just no more than a 30 drive. We spent two days in red rocks and visited the Denver zoo. We ate at some fabulous restaurants, and of course the kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some cooking. Beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet balcony every morning with my coffee. Highly recommend this property!"

"Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again. "

"The place was exactly what we were looking for. love the furnishings and had everything we needed for an extended stay in the city. Good WiFi, TV, and kitchen appliances. Check in was at 3 PM and the check in process went super smoothly. Couldn't think of much else we could have asked for!"

"Great place and Juan was very easy to communicate with. We were there for Red Rocks and it was a great location. Neighbors complained about our noise level when we got home from show around 11:30 but the owner was super easy to work with us regarding. Just be aware there is a 10pm quiet time in this neighborhood."
