"Lovely spacious cottage, well appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to reach and within walking distance of shops and either by car or walk to the beach. "This house was absolutely incredible — huge grounds, spacious layout, and plenty of rooms, making it perfect for a large group. The dining room was beautifully set out, and the home was very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Communication was excellent throughout, and the welcome tour was both friendly and informative. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property!"

"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. "We stayed for four nights this November and didn’t want to leave! We were celebrating a 30th birthday and made the most of everything- the marvellous garden, the top of the range hot tub, the BBQ and of course the surrounding salt marsh area, taking out the kayak and bird watching. The resident tawny owl made sitting out watching the stars a must too. Our host Patrick was very friendly and communicative making booking and organisation easy. The local amenities, Red Lion pub and Stiffkey stores...

"Check in was very easy.. The house was amazing, plenty of space and the pool was so nice. Our grandchildren had so much fun in there. The games room was excellent and kept us entertained most of Sunday afternoon. The beds were very comfy, with beautiful bathrooms. The view from the top of the Windmill was breathtaking, especially watching the sunset. The local pub was really nice and the food was sooooo good Thank you to the hosts for letting us share your home. "

"It was a beautiful home exactly the style we wanted..Loved the warmth of it all , the heaters in the lounge worked well and there was plenty of room for us to relax.The kitch was all we needed , we could have done with a few containers to store food in .And we there wasnt enough toil paper for the week but other than that we loved our week."
