"We were there in January so it was very quiet. The staff was excellent, the food was great. Our room was a bit small, but well equipped and clean. the bathroom was sizable with a great shower. There are great walks along the ocean right from the hotel's front door. Highly recommended!"

"we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. "An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months"

"As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. The room was amazing, clean, very modern and the bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The room has everything you need such as smart tv, fridge and coffee machine. I...
