"Shawn was an incredibly attentive and thoughtful host and the property was even better than expected. Exceptionally clean with so much space and considerate touches for families! Super close to Deep Creek and Wisp (8 minutes max) but we just loved being together in a comfy, cozy cabin! The hot tub was new and very well-kept and S’mores at the lovely fire pit were a fave! This was a last minute choice as another host cancelled our reservation (we’d made two months before) two days before our trip...

"We loved our stay at the cabin. It was perfect for 7 adults. The campfire space was perfect and we had a blast on our overnight trip. "

"The cabin was great with an off the beaten path feel. It was a bit drafty for us so maybe some more insulation in the chimney. Also with pets welcome a heads up that there were some pest control measures on the floor would have been good to know ahead of time. All things considered we would return for another stay."

"This was my first outing with my boyfriend since we had our last child and it was everything we wanted just to reconnect with eachother. It’s secluded and gives you enough privacy to enjoy your time, the cabin brings you a sense of peace and calmness and the hot tub just adds the cherry on top to the perfect getaway! I enjoyed staying here very much and would definitely book again for longer especially to try out the many brochures the owner left for us to see. "

"After a long wet day in the rail trail; the heat, electric heater (fireplace) and laundry facilities help to escape the wetness of the day. You do not want to ride a bike to the house, the road was horrible. But once was arrived by a shuttle we found in town. The house was just great. "

"The main problem was the lack of privacy with the ceiling between the two bedrooms being wide open. You could literally hear someone passing gas in the other room., and we were just two women. I can’t imagine if two couples were there. Otherwise everything was clean and we enjoyed the stay."

"This cabin had everything that we needed for our short stay. The location is great, just steps to see the lake. The hot tub was clean and mostly private. The check-in process was easy and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again."
