"Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

"We had all of our kids and grandkids in one house, but there was plenty of room for everyone. After an initial glitch with the stove, the Wards did everything they could to make things right as quickly as possible. The two decks were especially used. The pool was a perfect alternative to beach time. We had some loud neighbors the first night, but after that it was perfect. "

"The condo was very clean and nice. Everything worked great. The only negative was the chairs and umbrella are not suitable. They are old and junky. We had to rent lounge chairs and umbrella. The location was great, right on the beach. We will stay there again "

"Stayed here for the Sand in your Boots festival. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the festival venue and for that I will say it was awesome. The condo itself was nothing spectacular for the overall cost. It was basic, has basic amenities and nothing extra like cooking spices or things of that nature that I've had in other places I've stayed. It got the job done by providing us a place to lay our heads at night, although the beds were hard and squeaky. They did not have...

"Cabins were very clean, modern, and pleasant. Our family enjoyed our stay and we will be back. "

"We got this condo at the surp of the moment last minute trip. It was small but mighty. It had everything we needed for that weekend. The property grounds were clean and quiet. It was plenty of pools and stuff to do, and the beach was in walking distance. We had so much fun and was well relaxed during and after our trip. Would most definitely book this condo again."

"We had an amazing time! The condo was very clean and was decorated very cute with a beach theme. We had about a 4 minute walk to the beach which was great. There is no beach access through the property but we did not mind. We are so happy with our choice to stay while making memories with our children. "

"This unit was in good condition, new paint, nice furniture. When we checked in the paint smell was very strong, a wall had been repaired and there was a paint can and a small amount of paint scrapings on the floor. After we aired the unit out it was fine. They came in the next day and finished painting and cleaned up the paint mess. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The jellyfish were bad all week so we really enjoyed the pools, slide and hot tub on the balcony. The location is prime and the grill and the hot tub on the balcony was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!"
