"This is a dated motel. I thought it would be quaint and it is nothing near that. The woman on staff was lovely. The breakfast was all carbs, no eggs, etc. Coffee was good. Bathroom is tiny and hot water took a long time to come through the pipes."

"Pictures did not reflect the room. Not very clean, bugs everywhere. Would not recommend."

"Location right on Mavillette Beach is incredible. Communal Sauna and BBQ available for use. Wifi is fast, cottage was well equipped and beds were comfy. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because it gets very stuffy inside, AC is really a must. Also, the futon is in poor shape and as the main living room seating area, needs to be replaced. Overall though, great people, great stay will definitely come back"

"Kim’s BnB is clean & convenient. Kim is friendly & little Zoe is cute as a button. The breakfast was tasty & plentiful. Our fellow travellers were interesting but that being said- with only 1 bathroom & a small kitchen & the rooms having lots of furniture, it felt a bit crowded with 5 guests plus Kim. It was a convenient spot for a bit of exploring around Cape Sable Island."

"Loved that they had a fridge with ice cubes and a microwave. Only problem with bathroom was that the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom."

"Felt very welcome at arrival and throughout our stay. Stephanie gave us a great rundown of places to eat and what things were going on in Shelburne during our stay. Love the location right on the water. The sunsets were magnificent. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would be an armchair by the window to enjoy the view. Would definitely stay again!"
