"The apartment was very good but to check-in I needed to phone for the instructions to be released as they had not been by 3.30pm. And later there was a noisy party at the adjacent apartment with teenagers all over the place wandering around. It felt a bit threatening to be honest. The upside was I could walk to the place I booked this place for, but next time I will look elsewhere as it was overpriced."

"From the very beginning, Sue made our booking at Aotea very easy. The property is gorgeous, clean and in a fantastic location for walking into the city. We had everything we needed for our short overnight stay, including tea bags (many different types to choose from), coffee bags and coffee pods for the machine, as well as milk and butter. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and parking was easy too (we only had one car). If ever we stay in the city again, we will return to this...
