"We had an amazing stay at Tiny Kya. A little disappointed with the cleanliness. Looks like it’s only swept out not vacuumed and mopped. Also the towels were tiny and stained. The floor near the sink was ready to give way. Rotted I'm imagining, someone is going to hurt themselves when it does. Apart from these things we were very happy with our stay. The location is stunning! Absolute privacy. The kangaroos in the morning and birdlife was lovely. We unfortunately copped some rain arvo/overnight...

"BEST STAY 'N TWBA! - well resourced accom. options & prices on a lge, appealing & peaceful property located nearby to everything ! - just too many positives to mention - except for a special shout out to the awesome staff from the office to housekeeping to maintain since etc"

"These guys are fabulous. I stay here nearly every month for the last 12 months. They are like my family that look after me every month they’re welcoming. Sharon is fabulous and Kim is amazing and they also fabulous. I would highly recommend this in over any other property in Toowoomba"

"Was fairly close to the event I attended"

"Can be a bit more expensive than other options in the area but if the rate is acceptable I would highly recommend. Nice clean rooms and well soundproofed."

"The staff was very helpful and solved a laundry issue for us as the provided machines didn’t work."

"Nice close accomodation to Queens Park for the Red Hot Summer Tour."

"Liked.:-Hot shower, amenities iron and board, Kind friendly staff, Could have done with a couple more teabags ( plenty of coffee sachets)"

"Top location if you do not mind a small walk - excellent value. Have stayed multiple times. Cleanliness is slipping (dirty tea towel, cracked drinking glass and the hair dryer blew up -can't be helped, fridge could use some attention), Yes i will be back."

"Exceptionally clean, great bedding"

"Parking great , great location."

"Clean room. Good location."

"We liked the proximities to so many places. Perfect for viewing the Carnival of Flowers Street Parade. Next door to Burke & Wills restaurant, Zach's. Good food & service. Near The Rock One bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. Newly connected Foxtel allowed is to watch the AFL & NRL finals live. Lighting was dim but serviceable. We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood. I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during...

"It is a modern property. Rooms are well fitted out with min-kitchen, full size fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Bathrooms large with good shower."

"Convenient and comfortable. Very helpful staff"
