Staff were cery good.
Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for.
Nothing was too much for him.
He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored.
Rooms were brilliant.Breakfast was good although on Alex (Maybe duty Manager)who made us feel like we were a problem all the time.

"We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. "The staff can not be faulted they were great.
The downside for me this trip was the TV did not work and they did not have a maintenance man available to fix it.
The room was clean but one thing i did notice they do not have USB charging points anywhere in the room. In case the ones on your laptop are not available "
