"Stay was awesome. Very updated cute house on the inside. Would be nice for 1sr bedroom to have blackout shades; the sun was very bright in the early am. 2nd room was perfect. Comfortable beds. The 2nd bathroom shower drain wouldn't stay open; so you had to manually do it after showering. Just letting you know. I definitely recommend this house. Thanks! "

"I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. "

"I have stayed at lots of vrbos and this by far has to be my favorite. The tranquility and peacefulness that engulfed this home was like no other. The area was quiet and perfect. "Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!"

"I traveled to Knoxville with my 25 year old son who was competing in Syndicate Crown Coliseum just a short walk away. Although we spent most of our time at the event we enjoyed mornings having breakfast on the back deck of the boat and spent our evenings enjoying the upper deck! There is not a full kitchen, but they have a toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster oven, and grill available with plenty of disposable dishes. Very quiet, with a great outdoor space facing the woods. Fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating too. Highly rexommend!!!"

"This is an adorable place, well appointed and well maintained. The owner definitely mentioned that there are stairs however, I did not realize there are 2 flights to walk up with luggage.
