The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in Concarneau, just 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the road), featuring a shared swimming pool. It measures 37 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 20,000 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A 6 m² alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A 6m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

Communal areas:
- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from 1 June to 20 September (opening dates subject to change) with a cover and fencing for added safety. Free access
- A 20,000m² garden and a large adjoining area with children’s play areas, a public park, sports pitches, etc.

The flat is ideally situated in Concarneau, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

• Seaside activities: swimming, paddleboarding, surfing, sailing (school on the beach), boat trips (Les Glénans), fishing, etc.

• Concarneau and its walled town, its beaches. Coastal walking trails.
• Bénodet and its small harbour; Belon and its flat oysters; Fouesnant, home port of great sailors
• Pont-Aven, town of painters and windmills.
• Quimper, with its cathedral, picturesque streets, Henriot porcelain and Armorlux textiles.
• Breton cuisine: fish, seafood, local produce, galettes and crêpes, cured meats…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimper or Rosporden, about 15 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne, about 1 hour 15 minutes by car; Lorient-Lann-Bihouée, 1 hour.

Other points to note:
- Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €15 per stay (only one cat or dog permitted)
- Beds will be made up on your arrival
- A pay-as-you-go launderette is available on the premises
- The accommodation is managed separately from the hotel
