Located in Heartstone, one of Concan's favorite subdivisions, this spacious and inviting home features four well-appointed bedrooms and a loft, comfortably accommodating large groups and families. With 2 master suites and 2 living areas, you have room for up to 24 guests.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, with 2 ovens and multiple refrigerators located throughout the house, along with an extra-large kitchen island to gather around.

Outdoors you'll find a covered patio, cabana, outdoor television and fenced swimming pool, all overlooking stunning hill country views.

Just a short walk to private river access, and a short drive to Garner State Park and other area attractions, Southern Comfort is located in the heart of Concan and is ready to host your group.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).

TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).

PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.

We will provide a list of additional "what to bring" items after your booking payment is received.
