LONE STAR is a custom built hill country home with 7 bedrooms and 6 baths + 2 ½ baths. The home has an open floor plan, with the living room/kitchen area overlooking the outdoor pool. LONE STAR is located on the banks of the Frio River in the Heartstone Subdivision. Your private river access has been made easy for the young & the older. LONE STAR has made it easy for guests of all ages. Outside is an additional deck with tables/chairs located on the ridge of the property – your view of the crystal clear Frio River is perfect any time of day. Sit out on the deck overlooking the Frio River. Paved access for you and your guest to walk down to the river. Fenced in pool giving you that secure feeling with little ones running around. Whether you are making s'mores by the fire pit or grilling up an amazing meal on the BBQ pit in the backyard you will enjoy everything the back yard has to offer. The inside layout of the home – downstairs there is a divided garage. One half is private and the other half will be available for rental guest’s use. The kitchen has an oversized pantry along with all the latest and greatest to make your stay complete. There is a 2nd refrigerator on the back patio area. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, kitchen, family room (beautiful fireplace), and dining area. The homeowner has added an additional ½ bath in the outdoor back patio/pool area that is not shown on the house plan. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Details of the sleeping arrangements are also shown below. Outdoors, there will be additional seating on the patio and around the pool area. The pool is a safety fenced pool and horseshoes are set up in the side yard. Volleyball and basketball is located at the river’s edge. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
