The living and sleeping room is furnished with 1 double sofabed, making it ideal for additional guests, and opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 20 m2 through a dedicated exit. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. A well-equipped kitchenette completes the interior layout, featuring a 4-ceramic glass hob hotplate cooker, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine.
