"Honey Hole was a wonderful cabin. The whole experience was perfect for our long weekend getaway in the mountains. The cabin is well appointed, has all that you need and the property is peaceful and beautiful. Bring your fly rod or just relax on the creek bank on the Adirondack chairs. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Bear cabin. The home was set in beautiful woodlands near a creek. There was lots of attention to details which made the stay enjoyable. Complimentary extras in the kitchen and bathrooms were provided. The hot tub was perfect for soaking each night overlooking the landscape. We went whitewater rafting, visited Blue Ridge and Mercier Orchards and then came home each night to relax. Great place to get away from it all. Highly recommend. "

"Fun summer getaway with my brothers and son. We went hiking and white water rafting. There was plenty of amenities at and around the cabin. The pavilion was nice with a fire pit and grill. There was also a man cave downstairs with a pool table, air hockey, and darts. We had a great time and plan to visit again. "

"We chose this place because of the high rating it had and the view. It did not disappoint on both counts. It was very tastefully furnished and had everything we needed and more. "This is a wonderfully large but still very cozy option for group retreats or family get-togethers. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and separated just enough from the main gathering areas. "The cabin was beautiful, clean, and well cared for. Though there were other cabins nearby, it still gave a sense of seclusion. If you don't like farm animal sounds, this may not be the place for you. That was actually a highlight for us. We really enjoyed our stay. If there is one area I would mention for improvement, it's the cookware. It was in pretty bad shape, but that certainly wouldn't stop us from staying there again."
