A inclusão da meia-pensão foi uma ótima ideia, pois os pratos do restaurante são deliciosos e fartos. Os espaços da piscina e da praia são bonitos, limpos e organizados. Recomendo muito!"

"Nosa suite junior era impecavel mas a comida do restaurante principal é muito ruim. Nada tem tempero ou sal. O hotel é muito bem administrado mas o restaurante precisa de um chefe internacional. A comida nao tem gosto de nada. "

Examples: - our robes were taken by the lady that made our room We asked the reception to send new ones, they never appeared - to return the pool towel it took me about 20 min, just because I didn’t change it every single day. That wasn’t said in the beginning. - we ordered an expresso and a cappuccino in the pool and at first it was brought in papers cup. The guy says that is a policy that in the pool always has to serve things in this kind of cups. For a 5* hotel, can’t understand this. A porcelain cup should be provided. - in the pool, near the cafe bakery, the bell to call the waiter was really annoying. It rang every 10 seconds! "
