"Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we werenât expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. She is very accommodating and although her English was limited made a great effort with Google translate to communicate well with us. She was very helpful with advice on where to visit. ...

Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. "

"Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat.

"Amazing hotel! We had such an awesome stay with such a cool view! We were treated with such kindness by Dzung and his wife. They were so gracious, charming and helpful. He provided us so much helpful information about the town and activities, loaned us bikes to use for the day, and they made us a great breakfast every day. Our room was great and we got to explore so much of the town! A huge thanks to Dzung and his wife for facilitating such a great time in their beautiful town. An 11 out of 10!"
"Veldig fornÞyd med oppholdet, perfekt sted for Ä utforske Ninh-Binh. Alt er en liten gÄtur eller sykkeltur unna med lÄnesykler (gode restauranter, Mua Cave, An Trang bÄttur). Vi endte opp med Ä bli en dag ekstra og tok en dagstur til Cuc Phuong nasjonalpark. Familiedrevet homestay med super verdi for pengene, flotte rom, nydelig frokost og bassenget pÄ taket var luksus etter turer pÄ dagen. Innehaveren Dzung og familien var helt fantastiske, vi kan anbefale pÄ det sterkeste. "
