Private Andalusian oasis with mountain views

This Andalusian estate, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and fruit trees, combines an authentic rural setting with easy access to the coast. The two separate holiday homes share a central paved terrace, and each offers private accommodations that can sleep up to four people, with a hot tub available year-round.



One's an open-concept country house with a king-size bed or two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, a living area and a rain shower. The other wonderful, more intimate villa has a bed with a sleigh-style headboard, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker and its own rain shower. Both homes come equipped with air conditioning, a television, wireless music streaming and high-quality linens. You can explore more than 200 grapevines, about 30 almond trees, an olive grove and a mix of fig, pomegranate, orange, lemon and quince trees, among others. There are several terraces and spots to sit: under the grapevines with a thatched roof at “Vine,” on the terrace at “Jasmine” with views of the mountains, or among the olive trees at sunset.



Cómpeta's ten minutes away, with restaurants, wineries and a lively plaza. Nerja, Frigiliana and the Nerja Caves are popular destinations for day trips. You can walk down to the Torrox River and the Fábrica de la Luz, and there are walking and cycling trails nearby. Málaga's about 45 minutes away; Granada and the Alhambra are a little farther.
