Located in Via Giovio 15, in the heart of the historic center of Como and within the walled city (the local and shopping area), our apartment is located on the third floor of an ancient building dating back to the first half of the eighteenth century and it enjoys stunning views. Until the middle of last century, the attics of this building were used for the manufacture of wicker baskets, even today there are elements of art and painting in the "Creative Suite" Como Loft in Old Town near the Lake. The main features of this penthouse are the magnificent ceiling made up of beams to view, and the splendid views overlooking the dome of the cathedral and the wonderful town of Brunate. The apartment it is very bright, quit, clean and comfortable and can accommodate up to 3 adults or alternatively 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with 4 fires, for those who love coking, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. In the living room there i salso a dining table from which to enjoy the wonderful city views and a sitting area with a splendid '800 fireplace, television, small library and comfortable sofa-bed. In the large bedroom there is a modern double bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washing machine.
At your disposal everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lift with direct access, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, bath towels and bed sheets (both with spare parts), comfortable sofa-bed for 1 square and ½, Wi-fi Internet, 42 '' LCD TV and small library, washing machine and dishwasher are included. The assistance and hospitality first of all, we really care for our guests ... If you need suggestions or anything else you will find us under the apartment (the bar “Caffè dei Viaggiatori”, where we work, is just next to the main entrance of the building)! We are available every day, including weekends, at any time you wish!

Covered parking is in the immediate neighborhood. The apartment is only 10 minutes far from Cernobbio with bus every 15 minutes. Como Borghi and San Giovanni train stations are just 5 minute walk away, with direct trains every 30 minutes to the center of Milan, Malpensa Airport and Switzerland. Pretty close to the house are also the small harbor and bus station, with respectively many boat trips and buses going in the most sought-after locations of the lake or in the best shopping centers in Switzerland. Valduce Hospital is also 10 minute walk away.
