Floristeria Apartment is a bright and modern studio apartment, newly renovated and located within walking distance of the heart of Como, just outside the walled city!

This brand new apartment has been carefully furnished to provide you with maximum comfort even in a compact space, and is reminiscent of a hotel suite. The fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop is open to the living room. For your rest there is a comfortable double bed, positioned in front of a TV, for an evening movie after a day of sightseeing in the city. Next to the bed is the dining area with a table for two, ideal for breakfast, lunch or romantic dinners.

Concluding the apartment is the bathroom with a beautiful masonry shower with a contemporary design, for your moments of relaxation.

The apartment also has a washing machine.

The location is perfect for easy access to the center of Como and its main attractions.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have private parking. If you arrive by car, there are several nearby public parking lots (for a fee), such as Centro Lago Parking and Valduce Parking, both within walking distance.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

At Floristeria Apartment you are just a stone's throw from the best restaurants, shops and cafés, and you can explore the lake and the city without having to take a car, by walking or using public transport.
You can reach the historic centre of Como in just 5 minutes on foot and stroll through its cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants, churches and pretty squares. In 5/10 minutes you can reach: Porta Torre, one of the historical entrances to the walled city; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most famous streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner al fresco dining all year round; the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvellous cathedral and its Broletto, both worth visiting.
A 10/15-minute walk takes you to Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which you can take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat to the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).
Also on foot, or by renting city bikes, you can reach Villa Olmo and its park, taking the picturesque walk from the Hangar, and Villa Geno along the lakeside promenade of Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno there is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch in one of the many restaurants, or continue with a panoramic trek towards the Lario mountains, with a break in one of the mountain huts you will encounter along the way.
Within a few minutes' walk there are bars, Italian restaurants, sushi restaurants, car and motorbike rental services.


How to get there:

By car: from the Como Centro exit of the A9 motorway you will reach the flat in 10 minutes, from the Como Lago exit in about 15 minutes.
By public transport: you can easily reach the flat from ‘Como Borghi’ station (10 minutes on foot, 7 by bus). From the station ‘Como San Giovanni’ walk down the steps to the stop ‘Como, S. Rocchetto’ and take the bus N.1 for 9 stops. Get off at the stop ‘Como, S. Chiara’ and in 1 minute walk you will reach the flat. You can also take bus N.6 and N.8.
