Welcome to the two-room flat 'Luxury Lungolario', an elegant flat located in a building in the historic centre overlooking Como's picturesque lakefront. This modern and bright flat is characterised by large windows that flood the spaces with natural light, highlighting the elegant finishes, such as the fine parquet flooring.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed, perfect for hosting friends or family. Opposite is a refined white marble table with seating for four, adjacent to a state-of-the-art kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances.

The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort and style, with a bed with a leather headboard, a wall-mounted television and a large mirror. The open master bathroom, separated from the room by a glass wall, is original, made of marble embellished with silver-coloured details.

For added convenience, the bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe with hangers, drawers and shelves to store all guests' wardrobes, even for longer stays. The light-coloured parquet flooring in the room adds an extra touch of elegance.

The flat also has a second bathroom, also in white and grey marble, complete with shower.

The entire flat is cleverly illuminated with lights that create the right atmosphere for your relaxing holiday.

The outdoor balcony offers a delightful spot to relax, with a small table for two overlooking the greenery behind the house, an ideal place to enjoy quiet moments in the open air.

Finally, the flat is equipped with a practical washer-dryer and air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Quality bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.

Fast Wifi (fibre optics) is free of charge and available to guests.

There is no private parking available in the flat. Guests can easily reach the flat by using the city's public transport or by parking for a fee. Among the closest are the Jasca and Centro Lago car parks.

Staying at LUXURY LUNGOLARIO you are in the historic centre of Como and can stroll through its cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants, churches and pretty squares. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Lakeside Gardens and its Tempio Voltiano. In 10 minutes you can reach: the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvellous cathedral and its Broletto, both worth a visit; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most famous streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks all year round; Porta Torre, one of the historical entrances to the walled city.

A 10-minute walk takes you to Piazza Cavour, Como's largest square, in front of which you can take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat to the most famous resorts on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).

On foot, or by renting city bikes, you can reach Villa Olmo and its park by taking the picturesque walk from the Hangar, and Villa Geno by taking the lakeside Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno there is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch in one of the many restaurants, or continue with a panoramic trek towards the Lario mountains, with a break in one of the mountain huts you will encounter along the way.



How to get there:

By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Nord exit and set your GPS: in 5/10 minutes you will reach the parking spaces closest to the flat.

By train, get off at the Como S. Giovanni station, or at the Como Lago station, and in just 10 minutes on foot you will reach the flat.
