The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic villa. While it does not offer panoramic views, it features well-designed and functional spaces.

The heart of the home is an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee machine, and everything you need to prepare meals comfortably.

The living area features a 1.40 m sofa bed, suitable for one or two guests. There is also a 39-inch Smart TV with access to basic channels.

The separate bedroom is quiet and features a double bed that can easily be converted into two single beds upon request. It is furnished with comfortable 30 cm-high mattresses, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

A travel crib is available upon request.

A separate office area is located in the hallway, making it ideal for working or studying. Fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The bathroom has no window but is equipped with a forced-ventilation system, a spacious shower, a hairdryer, and a basic courtesy kit with shampoo and shower gel.

Towels, bed linens, blankets, and duvets are provided.
