This 170 sqm attic apartment, located on the third floor of a historic building, will give you an unforgettable experience in the beating heart of Como. With its enviable location on the street overlooking the picturesque Piazza Duomo, you will be immersed in the cultural and historical energy of Como.

Divided into two areas, the heart of the apartment houses the bright living room with kitchen, the ideal place to socialize and share special moments.

The side-facing rooms offer a variety of options for rest and creativity. The mezzanines connected to the bedrooms are versatile spaces, perfect for quiet reading, work or peaceful sleep on comfortable sofa-beds. Each wing of the apartment offers four beds and a complete bathroom, equipped with bath/shower, toilet and bidet. Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.

The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.

The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.
