"The room was as pictured and clean. Everything worked in the room. Tissue box was half empty, needed to ask for a new box at the desk. Friday breakfast was hot and prepared. Saturday morning was a bit hectic. Several families getting breakfast. One asking about the waffle maker, one needed utensils that were not stocked, my husband needed creamer for his coffee, none were in the bin and the staff worker could not find any. One customer was wanting to file a complaint of some sort at the front...

"plenty of parking. Directly across the highway from the casino. A little loud being near a major highway and the interstate. Breakfast was a little weak. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I stay here now every time I go to Erie."

"This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. "

"Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel but in the evening we enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres in the lounge. Had a tough time getting coffee though… Dinner at the Two45 Waterfront Grille. Parking was good - in a covered parking garage, and validated with the room key. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great stay! "

"The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

"Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. "

"The hotel is located near by shops and restaurants. It looks like they did some updates in rooms and hallways. The staff staff were very friendly and helpful. The one downside was that the bed was too soft.I felt like I was sinking so it was very difficult to get comfortable. On top of that our nextdoor neighbors were very loud until 2AM. So no sleep:("
