"The only thing that was unpleasant was the walls being so thin. I could hear the next rooms TV, conversations and even their cell phone vibrations as if they were in the same room with me. Everything else(staff, room,amenities etc) was wonderful"

"Room was advertised as non smoking however it smelled like an ashtray. I prepaid for the room for two days and was told if I chose not to stay a refund would be considered 10-15 business days. I was also told all of the non smoking rooms smelled the same.
As soon as I left I had to wash all of my hanging clothes and clean everything that had been in the room.
Such a negative experience. I will not be staying there again nor will I refer anyone to this property. Shame on you !!!"

"Old Hampton that looks like it hasn’t been remolded in years. The staff were friendly and we were allowed our dog. The bed was old and very little was touched since it was a Hampton. For the price it was ok. If you are looking for a remodel, it hasn’t happened yet."

"Quarto amplo e confortável, cafeteira, frigobar e microondas. Apesar de ser um quarto para fumantes não apresentava muito cheiro de cigarro. Banheiro limpo. Estávamos de passagem por Springfield/MO e o hotel nos atendeu muito bem na relação custo benefício. Tem estacionamento super prático. Boa localização com alguns restaurantes perto como o Steak’N Shake. Bom atendimento, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. "

"My wife and I stay here about two times per year when we visit our Ohio kids. The location is convenient and the hotel is always kept clean. This last time we had a bit of a payment snafu in which we were overbooked and hotel manager tried her best to resolve it. I finally had to file a dispute for the overcharge and got it settled. We like the hotel, those who run it seem to be good people. We'll continue to choose this hotel on our trips returning from Ohio."
