"Clean room with a darling boutique feel! Fluffy nice towels and linens. Parking was easy. Building is secure and locked so we felt very safe. Our only feedback is we felt there needed to be a larger window AC to cool the large room, we got a little hot at night with the unit on the coolest setting. Loved the little coffee shop attached, great bonus! "

"The TV did not work and when I called down to ask about it, they told me to see if I could play with the wires in the back to get it to work. I eventually got it to work but not something you want to deal with when you’re really tired. I just wanna pop down in the bed and veg out for a few minutes… and then the lights were not intuitive and you had to play hide and seek to try to figure out how to put the lights on"

"We were greeted warmly at check-in, by Amanda. reservation was made the night before after reviewing hotels in various online apps. We inadvertently booked the wrong room. Amanda was very gracious in changing the queen room to a king room. We were returning from an 8-day trip, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of the trip."

"Quarto amplo e confortável, cafeteira, frigobar e microondas. Apesar de ser um quarto para fumantes não apresentava muito cheiro de cigarro. Banheiro limpo. Estávamos de passagem por Springfield/MO e o hotel nos atendeu muito bem na relação custo benefício. Tem estacionamento super prático. Boa localização com alguns restaurantes perto como o Steak’N Shake. Bom atendimento, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. "

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...
