Ideal for a family or friends' stay, this house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen leading into the living space is fully equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal. A table will allow you to share your meals indoors, and you can also enjoy the one installed on the terrace.



On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a double bed

Bedroom 2: has two bunk beds

The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional people



A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal. You can park up to 2 vehicles in the external car park.

Ideally situated, you will be able to easily explore our lovely Vendée coast: you are 25 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Monts then 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile with its Gois crossing. Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez will also seduce you with its natural and preserved living environment: take advantage of it by strolling along the Corniche revealing a magnificent landscape or on the numerous cycle paths that await you!
